The execution of a customization project is divided into several phases, all of which are fundamental in order to bring to life a product that fully responds to the customer's technical and commercial needs and, equally important, to grant a rapid and certain execution timeframe.

Needs
analysis

We will analyze your specific needs in terms of aesthetics, functionality, performance and target price so that we can transfer this important information to our research and development team.

Feasibility
study

Our research and development team will analyze your case and validate its technical feasibility and execution times

Aesthetic
and functional design

At this stage you will be offered various product design alternatives, supported by 3D drawings and graphic renderings. Of course a number of further modifications and revisions will be made if needed.

Prototyping
and testing

Once you have validated one of the proposed designs we will proceed with the prototype production, assembly and functional testing. At this stage a phisical sample will be submitted to you for final validation and approval.

Industrialization
 

In this phase our technical and logistics team will produce the supporting technical documentation and study the best production process to bring the project from "paper" to reality. The product will then be validated for mass production.

Certification
and legal obligations

In a parallel phase, our quality team will take care of all the certification, regulatory and legal aspects that the product must comply with, in order to deliver you a product that is fully compliant with all current regulations.

Mass
production

The final stage of the process. Your product will finally enter our production lines to be assembled and finally delivered directly to your warehouses.
